Basic process of s and production line :
The raw materials are firstly delivered into the primary crusher by vibrating feeder for coarse crushing, after this stage,they are delivered into the secondary crusher for fine crushing,after the materials are finely crushed,they will be screened by the vibrating screen and be separated into two particle sizes.the particles that satisfy the standard of the final products will be send into the sand washing machine for washing,and then be exported as target products.Particles that did not reach the standard will be send into the secondary crusher again and be processed until they are ready for use, forming a multiple cycle. Finished particles can be recombined and classified according to your demands.
