Larger than 40mm Sand making process：In the other artificial sand producing process, large stone( input size is larger than 40mm) is transported to  crusher via vibrate feeder for primary crushing. Then the crushed materials are screened out into several different types with a vibrate screen. The stone with satisfied size is transported to sand washing machine, while the rest will be back into  crusher  for breaking again. When through the role of sand producing machine, the final products – artificial sand is formed. After washing in sand washers, the pure sand meeting your requirement is produced.
