Stone producing  plant  has been successfully widely used in limestone, basalt, granite, pebbles and other rock crushing process, the quality of the finished product after crushing can reach the requirements of many users. Large stone will be evenly sent to jaw type crusher by the  feeder for primary crushing, then the stone after crushing will conveyed by conveyor to fine crusher for further crushing; and the crushed stone will be sent to  screen for screening by  conveyor, which will be screened into several different specifications of stone: stones reaching the requiring standard will be packed for stockpiles; stones not reaching the requiring standard will be fed back to the impact  type crusher for re-broken by conveyor, which form a closed loop. The finished size can be different according the needs of different users, in order to protect the environment, the production line can be equipped with auxiliary equipment for dust collection. Big size stones are transferred to primary crusher through  Feeder from hopper for first crushing, then the crushed materials are transferred to impact rock crusher through  Conveyor for secondary crushing. The crushed materials will be transferred to the screen, and separated to different sizes. Those aggregate with suitable size will be transferred to the final product pile and those with unsuitable size will be transferred to the Impact  type Crusher for re-crushing. This forms a closed circuit manifold cycles. The sizes of final products will be graded and separated according to customers' requirements, and the deduster will be attached for the sake of environment protection.
