When the ball mill works, the bearing temperature will rise and even exceed the specified value. So, the operator should try to touch the bearing by the hand to ensure whether the partial or full temperature is too high or not, and then check the ball mill and treat the ball mill as the following several aspects:
One, check whether the lubricating oil and grease ball mill is metamorphic.
Two, examine the various parts' lubrication points of wet ball mill to ensure whether the used lubricating oil is consistent with the factory specification of the equipment. Three, check whether there is a jam of the ball mill lubrication piping or lubricating oil are not directly enter the lubrication points in case fuel shortage caused by fever.
Four, the too small ball mill side clearance or too large bearing and axial clearance or too much contact points can not form a uniform on the bearing oil film.
Five, check whether the grease on rolling bearing of the ball mill is too much or too little. Too much will form stir grease on rolling body, which will generate heat and the heat is not easy to shed. Too little will cause bad lubrication. Thus, operators should add enough oil to the bearing clearance according to requirements, which generally is 1/ 3~ 1/ 2 of the rolling bearing clearance.
Six, whether conical grinding body at both ends of the hollow shaft sealing device is too tight, or the sealed body iron directly contact with shaft.
