Vibrating Feeder is Used in Many Product Line

Imagine that you’re a foreman at a mining operation. Vibrating screens are expanded metals, meshes or other metal screens of varying opening sizes that are placed above each other over an enclosure. In the case of mining, raw extracted materials would be dumped onto the top screen, which would shake off impurities as it vibrated. The pieces that are too large to go through the screen would then be fed off into a collection unit. Beneath the first screen is another screen that repeats the first process, and beneath that there can be another, and the process continues until materials are as well sorted as possible. This allows for maximum recovery of mined materials and minimal unwanted recovery of impurities. It’s clear why vibrating screens are popular tools for such purposes
