There is a variety of reasons of the belt deviation, which should be differently conducted according to the different causes.

1. Adjust the carrying idler: when the belt of the belt conveyor was pulling to one side in the middle part of the belt conveyor, you should adjust the position of the belt idler to adjust the deviation; when processing the belt idler, the mounting hole on both sides are processed to slot hole so that to convenient to adjust the belt idler.

2. Install self-aligning idler: there is a variety of aligning idler such as intermediate shaft type, four connecting rod type, vertical roll type and so on. 5. The influence of the feeding position at the transfer pin on the belt deviation. The feeding position at the transfer pin has a very big impact on the belt deviation of a belt conveyor, especially when the two belt machine is vertical in the horizontal plane, the impact is greater.
