The blast-proof vibrating motor should be firmly installed at the vibrating machine without loosening. After the first use, the anchor bolt should be reinforced.

A. Clean outside the junction box, strip the insulator of the cable portion.

B. Unloaded the outlet line gland, cable gland guide sleeve, the sealing ring and the junction box in sequence.

C. Put cable on outlet line gland, a cable guide sleeve and the sealing ring, and then connect the power wire and grounding wire respectively to the terminal and the grounding screw while pay attention to avoid the exposed part of the guide line exposing out of the bow type washers.

D. Well install the guide sleeve, sealing ring, cable outlet plate and the junction box cover.

E. In the disassembly and assembly, we should pay attention to protect the explosion-proof surface and do not damage it, when assemble the motor, the motor should be coated with 204-1antirust oil, the explosion-proof surface shall be close fitting after the installation.
